Why join?
* Work with high-profile clients on varied and challenging projects
* Be part of a supportive, close-knit team where achievements are recognised and rewarded
* Enjoy flexible working and genuine work-life balance, including home working during part of the week
* Access long-term career development, clear progression and continued professional development

* A strong understanding of the full property development cycle, including pre-contract technical due diligence
* The confidence to lead projects, manage client relationships and report directly to clients, responding to their needs in a proactive and positive manner
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a small team, managing your own workload while supporting junior colleagues
* A sound understanding of construction technology, quality inspections and reporting
* Experience in construction procurement and contract administration, particularly under JCT contracts
* Exposure to industrial, education and/or multi-room sectors (desirable but not essential)
* A relevant professional qualification or be working towards one, with support available through the RICS or MCIOB route to chartership
* A stable and demonstrable track record of successful project delivery
Above all, you will be a self-starter with drive and determination - someone who takes initiative, thinks creatively and is motivated to achieve great results.
What's on offer
An attractive and competitive package tailored to experience, alongside a significant long-term opportunity to grow your career and make a meaningful impact within an ambitious and expanding consultancy.
