Job Description & Requirements:

Windows Server Administration:

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022); Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PKI; patch management and OS lifecycle compliance.

Hybrid & Cloud Integration:

Management of workloads in Azure/AWS; Azure AD Connect, conditional access, identity federation; virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and Kubernetes support.

Networking:

Troubleshooting TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewall rules; SD-WAN and VPN configurations.

Security & Compliance:

System hardening, vulnerability remediation, encryption policies, and PAM integration.

Automation & Scripting:

PowerShell scripting, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).

Monitoring & Performance:

SolarWinds, Grafana, Azure Monitor; capacity planning and performance tuning.

Disaster Recovery & Backup:

Replication strategies, offsite vaulting, DR validation, and failover testing.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Experience with Azure/AWS (VMs, storage, networking)
• VMware/Hyper-V knowledge and basic network troubleshooting
• PowerShell scripting proficiency
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800)
• AWS SysOps Administrator – Associate or Azure Administrator.
• ITIL Foundation

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and handling escalations.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
