UI Designer - Priority

Please find below the job description for a UI Designer :

Job Profile :

• Educational level (or equivalent level): Master’s degree
• Specialization: Digital and Multimedia sector
• Required experience: 5 to 8 years of experience

Required technical / professional skills

• Proficiency in Figma and in creating a design system
• Mastery of WCAG guidelines and implementation within projects
• Good understanding of UX Design to effectively interact with the team
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience working in agile, lean, and iterative environments, supporting efficient design‑to‑delivery cycles.

Required behavioural / personal skills

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics to design clear and attractive interfaces (mobile‑first and responsive methodologies).
• Ability to collaborate smoothly with UX, developers, and product teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Mastery of design systems to guarantee component harmony and reusability.

• Design System creation and maintenance
• UI interface design
• Creation of interactive prototypes
• Tests and iteration
• Implementation of design tokens
• Monitoring and documentation
• Accessibility (Strong level)
• Collaboration with UX teams and UI Engineers
• French fluent

This role requires an expert in digital UI design, with deep understanding of modern design tools, interaction patterns, responsive interfaces, and digital product workflows.

The focus is on digital expertise, not print or traditional graphic design.

The person will work with UX Designers and HTML integrators, so they do not need to have those skills themselves.
