The client is undergoing an enterprise-wide Agile transformation and needs a senior ScrumMaster to support both tactical Scrum delivery and strategic Agile maturity efforts. You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, maintain key Agile metrics, and serve as a coach to teams and leadership. This role plays a critical part in scaling Agile, building consistency, and accelerating value delivery.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, retros, and release activities
- Maintain burn-down metrics, dashboards, and team performance indicators
- Lead adoption and sustainability of Agile processes across multiple teams
- Coach teams and leaders to increase Agile maturity at a sustainable pace
- Act as a change agent supporting individuals and teams on their Agile journey
- Provide hands-on coaching for product owners, developers, and stakeholders
- Develop and deliver Agile training and support Communities of Practice
- Partner with non‑Agile teams to support broader transformation efforts
- Perform ongoing assessments of Scrum maturity
- Advise on dependency management across teams and third parties
- Build trust across Business and IT; participate in strategic roadmapping
- Support executive-level reporting, including slide decks and initiative summaries
- Deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks
- Proven experience running Jira projects, advanced roadmaps, dashboards
- Strong Confluence experience for documentation and collaboration
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution
- Ability to influence leaders, resolve impediments, and drive change
- Highly collaborative with strong partnership-building skills
- Able to quickly grasp technical and business domain concepts
- Experience presenting at conferences or Agile community events a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- CSM/CSPO or PMI‑ACP preferred
- High-energy, enthusiastic, continuous-improvement mindset
The client is expanding Agile practices beyond individual teams and needs a strong ScrumMaster to support the enterprise Agile roadmap. This role is essential for creating consistent Agile practices, improving visibility through metrics, enhancing team accountability, and accelerating delivery across business and IT.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
