Scrum Master

Optomi, in partnership with a leading business process optimization company, is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team in Columbus, Ohio.

Position Summary: The Scrum Master will support two backend teams specializing in cloud optimization and infrastructure. These teams are part of a larger initiative to enhance Agile practices within the organization. The role involves replacing a departing Scrum Master and requires a deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance and ensuring alignment with Agile values.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

• At least 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Will see candidates that have 3-4 if they are worth it.
• Experience with both Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• A technical background or cloud experience is a plus.

• Acting as a point of contact for team members and stakeholders.
