IF YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in-house
• Strong understanding of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations in Baltic countries
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English due to international work environment
• Experience working in an international environment
  
  

WE TRUST YOU WILL BE ABLE TO

• Provide legal and GDPR advice to the Baltic Leadership Team and other departments
• Draft, review, and approve legal documents, including contracts, policies, and procedures
• Manage legal and GDPR compliance activities, including risk assessments and incident response
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations
• Collaborate with the Global Legal team and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on legal and regulatory developments
• Contribute to the development and implementation of legal strategies
• Manage data subject requests and privacy inquiries
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and data protection audits
