IF YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in-house
- Strong understanding of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations in Baltic countries
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English due to international work environment
- Experience working in an international environment
- Provide legal and GDPR advice to the Baltic Leadership Team and other departments
- Draft, review, and approve legal documents, including contracts, policies, and procedures
- Manage legal and GDPR compliance activities, including risk assessments and incident response
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations
- Collaborate with the Global Legal team and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on legal and regulatory developments
- Contribute to the development and implementation of legal strategies
- Manage data subject requests and privacy inquiries
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and data protection audits

- Salary range for the role 2700-3200 EUR monthly gross
