• Shape, maintain, and evolve our mobile and web app design the best way you see fit
• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for app experiences
• Translate product metrics, user research, usability testing results, and data insights into meaningful design concepts, experiments, and solutions

• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and UI consistency across platforms

We expect you to

• Have 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing strong mobile app UX/UI projects (iOS/Android and/or complex web applications)
• Demonstrate experience designing end-to-end product experiences — from research and wireframing to polished UI
• Have strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems); experience with Webflow, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus
• Have a solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design
• Possess strong skills in typography, composition, color science, and modern interface trends
• Communicate and articulate design decisions clearly and confidently
• Demonstrate strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Think creatively while maintaining accuracy and high attention to detail
• Design with a clear focus on both business objectives and user needs, informed by research and usability principles
• Have experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing
• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 2800 - 3500 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
