Your New Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our most ambitious projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

• Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven success of managing medium to large scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
