Workforce Management (UKG) Implementation
📍 Utrecht) | Hybrid (3 days on site)
We are supporting a large, international retail and supply chain organisation undergoing a major Workforce Management (WFM) transformation across multiple business units in the Netherlands and Belgium.
The Opportunity
You will lead the end-to-end implementation of a new Workforce Management system (UKG), replacing existing solutions across:
- Retail store operations (NL & BE)
- Supply Chain (3 Distribution Centres in NL)
This is a business-critical programme with visibility at senior leadership and board level. You will act as the bridge between Business and IT, ensuring strong alignment, clear governance, and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle WFM implementation across multiple business units
- Manage senior stakeholders, including a steering committee
- Act as the primary contact for the external implementation partner
- Drive planning, governance, risk management, and delivery milestones
- Ensure successful integration into the wider IT landscape
- Support organisational change and drive adoption
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Business & IT transformation programmes
- Strong Workforce Management implementation experience (UKG highly desirable)
- Demonstrable experience managing senior stakeholders and steering committees
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and operational teams
- Dutch language skills preferred
