About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation coding assessment modules for early-career and experienced hiring. You will lead end-to-end product strategy, from ideation to delivery, for core technical assessment experiences across multiple languages, frameworks, and roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for coding assessments (e.g., front-end, back-end, full-stack, SQL, DevOps).
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, content, and data science teams to build scalable and reliable assessment experiences.
- Conduct deep market and user research to identify product gaps and emerging trends.
- Own product KPIs like assessment completion rate, candidate satisfaction, and enterprise adoption.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to define GTM and drive product adoption.
- Prioritize features and tech investments using data, impact, and business value.
- 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or developer platforms.
- Strong understanding of technical hiring, programming languages, and workflows.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on with product discovery, agile delivery, and metrics-driven prioritization.
- Experience building assessment or developer tools, coding platforms, or HR tech products(optional).
- Prior coding experience or CS background.
- Familiarity with ATS integrations and HR workflows.
- Experience with AI-powered personalization or adaptive assessments.
