The Opportunity

A global financial services organisation is building a brand-new Digital capability in Dublin — bringing ownership of all customer-facing platforms (client portals, Salesforce CRM, onboarding/workflow, and web) into a single, high-impact function.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role at the centre of that build-out. You’ll drive execution across multiple digital product teams, shape Agile ways of working, and establish the release rhythm for platforms used by clients globally.

What You’ll Do

• Own sprint execution and delivery flow across multiple digital product teams
• Orchestrate releases across interconnected customer platforms (portals, CRM, onboarding)
• Drive backlog readiness, planning discipline and predictable delivery cadence
• Align internal engineering teams and external partners to shared milestones
• Actively remove blockers and optimise team throughput and velocity
• Enable high-volume digital change delivery in a fast-moving environment
• Help embed and scale Agile practices across a growing Digital organisation

What You Bring

• Strong Scrum Master / Delivery Manager track record in digital or customer platforms
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and third-party vendors
• Proven release and cross-platform delivery orchestration
• Agile / SAFe delivery experience in scaled environments
• Comfortable driving pace and structure in high-change backlogs
• Financial services digital experience is advantageous
• Asset Management experience bonus

This role is a day rate contract.
