You’ll help ensure the quality and reliability of our measurement apps built on Kotlin Multiplatform shared logic with native Android and iOS layers. You will design and execute manual and automated tests, validate end-to-end user flows across devices, and support release readiness. Alongside testing, you’ll investigate customer issues, run SQL queries for data validation and reporting, and monitor systems to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll work with modern technologies and play a key role in maintaining the high standards of an ambitious deep-tech company.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing of mobile and web applications
• Test and validate end-to-end user flows across iOS and Android apps
• Validate releases across multiple devices, OS versions, and environments
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution, escalate where necessary
• Contribute to building robust automated and manual test coverage
• Run SQL queries to generate reports and support data validation
• Investigate customer support cases and technical issues (e.g., login failures)
• Monitor systems to ensure services are running correctly
• Ensure templates and key functionalities behave as expected
• Review and validate UX/UI consistency and flag usability issues
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and UX/UI teams

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in QA testing of mobile applications (Android and/or iOS)
• Strong hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies
• Experience writing or maintaining automated tests
• Working knowledge of SQL for data queries and reporting
• Ability to validate end-to-end user flows across mobile and web platforms
• Experience testing across multiple devices, OS versions, and environments
• Strong defect investigation and root-cause analysis skills
• High attention to detail, and a structured, methodical approach to testing
• Experience investigating customer-reported technical issues
• Solid understanding of UX/UI quality principles
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and support teams
• Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills
