We are looking for a Network & Telecom Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise network, Wi-Fi, mobile, and telephony infrastructures.

This role combines operational support, incident management, infrastructure planning, and coordination with external providers, within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Support

• Monitor and resolve network, Wi-Fi, mobile, and telephony incidents
• Ensure high availability and performance of communication systems
• Provide technical support to internal teams for data networks and voice services
• Maintain documentation and ensure service continuity

Infrastructure & Capacity Planning

• Plan and improve telecom infrastructure capacity
• Contribute to infrastructure upgrades and modernization initiatives
• Identify performance bottlenecks and propose optimization measures

Vendor & Project Coordination

• Manage and coordinate external service providers
• Ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs
• Lead and support network and mobility projects
• Balance project activities while maintaining daily operational stability

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid experience in network and telecom environments
• Knowledge of:
• Enterprise data networks
• Wi-Fi infrastructures
• Mobile connectivity
• Telephony systems
• Experience managing external providers and SLAs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in both operational and project-driven contexts

Language Skills

• English – B2 minimum
• French – B2 minimum
