  • In this role as Scrum Master, you guide an interdisciplinary software and functional development team within a scaled agile environment and promote a trust‑based and open team culture.
  • Your responsibilities include moderating meetings such as daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and planning sessions while continuously strengthening agile principles across the team.
  • By identifying and removing obstacles, you enable your team to focus on what matters most: developing valuable solutions for our customers.
  • You support the Product Owner, for example in structuring the backlog and prioritising tasks so that the team can deliver effectively and transparently.
  • Together with other Agile Coaches and stakeholders, you actively contribute to improving collaboration and processes across teams.
  • By embracing a proactive mindset, you help shape a modern, agile working culture and strengthen Vaillant Group’s digital transformation journey.

What Makes Us Successful Together

  • Qualification: You show strong interest in agile working methods and how teams collaborate effectively, and you are motivated to grow into the Scrum Master role step by step.
  • Experience: Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach is welcome but not mandatory - what matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn and openness to change.
  • Know‑how and skills: You bring an affinity for digital tools such as Jira, Polarion or comparable platforms to support collaboration and transparency in the team.
  • Nice to have: You already have some experience in moderating groups or supporting team processes, and you enjoy contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Personality: You enjoy working with people, have a good sense for team dynamics and give feedback constructively and respectfully.
  • Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and English and feel comfortable working in an international environment.
