Junior Project Manager

About the Role

An opportunity to join a fast-moving Digital Solutions team delivering small, high-impact innovation projects.

This role focuses on shorter lifecycle initiatives, typically 1 to 6 months in duration, across digital product, UX and AI enablement workstreams. Projects are agile, commercially focused and delivery-led rather than heavily governance-driven.

This is a growth role. The environment is looking to develop someone with 2 to 3 years’ experience into a strong end-to-end project delivery professional.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing smaller-scale digital innovation projects from initiation through to delivery
• Coordinating UX, product design and technical teams
• Supporting AI adoption initiatives, including Copilot deployment programmes
• Working across cross-functional teams in an agile delivery environment
• Tracking timelines, risks and deliverables without excessive governance overhead
• Providing light-touch PMO support where required

What They’re Looking For

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in project management or PMO
• Exposure to digital, product or UX-led projects
• Comfortable working in agile environments
• Organised, proactive and able to operate with limited structure
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Open to candidates from consulting or in-house delivery backgrounds
