• 3 to 6+ years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar engineering role within a cross- functional team environment;
• Solid hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases, including optimization and schema design;
• Familiarity with REST API design principles, microservices architectures, and cloud-based services (preferably AWS);
• Comfortable working within an Agile development environment, embracing incremental delivery and continuous feedback;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for debugging and performance tuning;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad range of audiences.
