We are seeking a visionary Chief Growth Officer to lead and own the firm’s growth. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and strengthening high-value client relationships.

The CGO will play a pivotal role in positioning HLB HAMT as a trusted advisor across Audit, Tax, Advisory, Consulting, HR, Risk, Accounting, and IT services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the firm’s growth strategy, focusing on European and US multinationals, large family offices, and government entities.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including client acquisition, pipeline management, and revenue growth across all service lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, senior decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-selling and integrated service offerings in collaboration with Partners and service-line leaders.
  • Identify new market opportunities, service offerings, and strategic partnerships to expand the firm’s footprint.
  • Oversee proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations for complex engagements.
  • Represent the firm at global forums, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Track growth KPIs, revenue performance, and client metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.


Required Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of senior growth, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and growing multinational, family office, and government clients.
  • Strong understanding of audit, tax, advisory, and consulting services.
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Strong CRM, reporting, and data-driven decision-making capability.

Desirable

  • MBA or Master’s degree.
  • Background in professional services (audit, tax, advisory, consulting).
  • Experience with European and US multinational clients.
  • Multilingual capabilities (European languages a plus).
  • Experience driving digital growth or launching new service offerings.
