We’re hiring a mid-senior level UX Designer with strong CRO skills who can design and run A/B tests for ecommerce clients.

Your responsibilities - or how you’ll be spending your day.

• Design high-converting UI/UX experiences using Figma.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize performance across key digital channels. Develop clear hypotheses based on data insights, implement experiments using A/B testing tools 
• Apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles to improve website performance.
• Plan, set up, and execute A/B tests, including defining hypotheses, variations, and success metrics.
• Analyze experiment results and recommend data-driven optimizations and next steps.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure a clear and accurate design handoff.
• Provide proactive, timely communication on project progress, test outcomes, and upcoming priorities.

Your qualifications - or things you’re good at

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with strong proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of CRO principles and experimentation methodology.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Intelligems, VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms).
• Experience working on ecommerce projects; Shopify experience is a plus.
• Ability to interpret test data and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
