We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft System Engineer to join our team in Luxembourg. The consultant will work on critical, high-availability Windows Server infrastructures, ensuring security, performance, compliance, and SLA adherence. This is an on-site role in a sensitive production environment, requiring rigor, autonomy, and the ability to work in complex environments.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
Participate in projects and manage mini-projects
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team covering Windows, VMware, third-party applications, security, and advanced troubleshooting
Improve system reliability and implement automation solutions
Handle Level 3 support tickets efficiently
Write and maintain technical documentation
Provide knowledge transfer to Level 2 support teams
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ & ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐:
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT environments
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Proven expertise in Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025)
Advanced PowerShell skills (development and automation)
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies:
Windows Failover Cluster
Active Directory
ADFS
ADCS
Strong knowledge of security and cybersecurity practices in Microsoft environments
Experience in critical environments (financial sector, high SLAs, strict service quality)
Fluency in French and English; Luxembourgish is a plus
