We are seeking a full-time IT Support Engineer to join our team on-site in Vienna, Austria. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues, managing system administration tasks, and troubleshooting technical problems. Additional responsibilities include delivering help desk support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
- Strong expertise in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
- Proficiency in Information Technology and System Administration
- Excellent skills in Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco), or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience supporting diverse IT environments and working directly with end users
- Fluency in English and German is highly desirable
