- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ML solutions
- Designing, developing and deploying ML models and algorithms for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation
- Process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful features and insights for model training
- Experiment with different machine learning techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy
- Implement and optimize AML models for scalability, efficiency, and real-time inference
- Conducting rigorous testing and validation of ML models to ensure robustness, reliability, and generalization
- Staying updated on the latest advancements in ML research, frameworks, and tools, and evaluate their applicability to our projects
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
- Proven experience working as a ML Engineer or related role
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models in production environments
- Experience in programming languages commonly used in ML development, such as Python
- Strong experience in machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and related ML services
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Great English skills, both written and spoken
