You’ll be focused in

  • Designing and driving an ML Use Case Factory, taking ideas from concept to productive solutions;
  • Building MVPs for machine learning use cases on the elastic stack, including data preparation, model development and evaluation;
  • Creating data‑driven insights by analyzing large volumes of operational data from IT infrastructure and applying advanced ML techniques;
  • Guiding business partners through their data‑journey, setting realistic expectations and enabling data‑driven decision‑making;
  • Enabling IT Operations optimizations by providing insights that avoid outages or shorten their occurrence;
  • Managing the portfolio of ML use cases, including coordination with internal stakeholders and managing external implementation partners in India;
  • Documenting solutions, processes, and methodologies to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and operational excellence.

In order to succeed, you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or comparable work experience
  • Proven experience working as an ML Engineer / Data Scientist / MLOps Specialist or a related role
  • Experience with Python and Elastic
  • Strong knowledge of machine‑learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, clustering, anomaly detection), feature engineering and model evaluation
  • Proficient in using tools and techniques for event correlation, noise reduction, statistical analysis, and handling large-scale operational datasets
  • Experience with MLOps practices for deploying and maintaining ML models in production
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project‑management skills
  • Great English skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT tools
  • Experience with handling data from IT Infrastructure
  • Experience in managing providers
