ROLE SUMMARY
The position is mainly responsible to effectively Administer the day-to-day operations of the Centre in terms of Centre Presentation, Security, Safety, Cleaning, Engineering, Facilities and Ambience and ensure that all are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements.
ROLE PROFILE
- Oversee full mall operations including cleaning, security, safety, engineering, and facilities to maintain high standards and compliance.
- Manage service contracts, traffic systems, smart parking, and sustainability initiatives while ensuring KPI/SLA delivery.
- Conduct regular property inspections, audits, risk mitigation, and compliance with Majid Al Futtaim Properties policies and code of conduct.
- Administer budgets, optimize resources, and submit operational and financial reports for management review.
- Lead coordination with government authorities, handle tenant compliance, and address customer complaints efficiently.
- Identify revenue-generating opportunities within the mall and manage unutilized areas effectively.
- Oversee team performance (including third-party vendors), training, emergency drills, and safety programs.
- Support internal development through effective leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years' experience in mall operations, maintenance, safety, and facilities management (preferably in the GCC or abroad).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; AutoCAD is a plus.
- Solid understanding of financial and budgeting processes, with strong reporting and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture view; customer-focused with awareness of internal and external needs.
- Team player, calm under pressure, and able to follow detailed instructions effectively.
