An Events Management company is hiring Graphic Designer/Social Media Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer/Social Media Specialist located in Doha, Qatar. The role involves creating and designing visual content for various platforms, including branding materials, graphics, and logos. You will manage and curate social media content, ensuring cohesive visual representation across platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing creative designs, collaborating with other team members, and maintaining brand consistency. You will also contribute to the development of social media strategies to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
• Experience in creating and executing Branding and Typography strategies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is required
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in social media content management and analytics is an advantage
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and social media management 

Main Responsibilities:

• Design social media posts and advertising materials.
• Social Media posting with Captions
• Scheduled posting in Social Media
• Sponsored Ads and Boosting
• Effective boosting for proper implementations of social media goals
• Develop visual identities and promotional designs.
• Create 2D/3D layouts and events project concepts.
• Oversee design implementation with project teams. 

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Creative with strong visual and artistic sense.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-focused.
• Creative Caption and Scheduled posting in Social Media.
