Job Role
As a Junior Regulatory IT Advisor, you will support our clients in aligning their IT systems with key compliance requirements in the financial industry. You will work alongside experienced team members, gaining hands-on exposure to the world of regulatory technology, compliance, and IT governance.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to grow at the intersection of technology, compliance, and financial services. You'll assist in translating regulatory frameworks (like GDPR, DORA, and EBA Guidelines) into clear, actionable steps and help ensure our clients remain compliant in a fast-changing environment.
What you will do
- Help answer client questions related to IT compliance and regulatory standards (with team support).
- Assist in gathering and preparing compliance documentation for audits or internal reviews.
- Contribute to creating reports on outsourcing oversight and regulatory obligations.
- Support client onboarding processes, especially for Electronic Money or Payment Institution licenses.
- Participate in training sessions, webinars, and client workshops (mainly as support or co-host).
- Work with project managers on internal organization and documentation.
- Learn to assess client systems and identify potential compliance gaps over time.

Languages
- Fluent in English and French
- German is a strong plus, but not required.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, Law, or a related field.
- Any internships or experience related to compliance, IT security, or regulated industries are a plus.
- Interest in financial services, data protection, or IT governance.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as GDPR or DORA is a plus – but not required. We’ll help you learn.
