We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the development of propensity-to-buy models that power personalized marketing and drive digital sales growth.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Data Scientists during the preparation and exploration phases of model development. Embedded within the Digital Marketing team, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the data landscape, ensuring reliable, well-structured datasets that are ready for advanced analytics and machine learning.
Explore and analyze data sources to assess structure, quality, and feature potential across Business Banking domains.
Design, build, and document robust analytical datasets and pipelines.
Translate business questions into clear, reproducible data logic.
Proactively identify and escalate data quality issues (completeness, consistency, timeliness).
Ensure compliance with internal data governance, privacy, and risk standards.
Strong SQL skills (mandatory) and experience building analytical pipelines in governed data environments (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery, SAS, Oracle).
Proven experience preparing data for Data Science / ML use cases (e.g., propensity, churn, CLV).
Experience working with DM_CAN data.
Ability to clearly communicate data concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Working knowledge of Python and/or SAS is a plus.
