About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Chief AI Officer to lead our AI strategy, innovation, and implementation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong consultancy background, deep AI expertise across multiple domains, and the ability to bridge business strategy with cutting-edge AI solutions. This is a leadership role that combines technical mastery with strategic thinking and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the organization’s AI strategy, aligning AI initiatives with business goals and market opportunities.
• Innovation & Transformation: Identify AI-driven opportunities across functions (engineering design, procurement, operations, marketing, finance, risk, etc.) and implement transformative solutions.
• Cross-disciplinary Expertise: Bring deep knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, computer vision, generative AI, reinforcement learning, and other emerging technologies.
• Consultancy Mindset: Leverage experience in client-facing or advisory roles to assess business challenges, design AI solutions, and communicate impact to executives and stakeholders.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Governance & Ethics: Ensure responsible AI practices, compliance with regulatory standards, and ethical deployment of AI technologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technology, product, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in AI strategy, AI/ML implementation, or consultancy with a focus on AI solutions.
• Strong cross-functional knowledge: experience applying AI across multiple industries or business domains.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks, tools, and platforms.
• Track record of leading complex AI initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
