We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects focused on optimizing finance and PSA processes using NetSuites SuiteProjects Pro (SPP / OpenAir).
This role requires establishing a structured Agile delivery model, unifying processes across multiple business units, strengthening reporting and project finance practices, and driving high user adoption across the organization.
Remote (EST US timezone overlap required)
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and manage an incremental Agile delivery structure (backlog, roadmap, sprints, ceremonies, value drops).
- Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; maintain clear visibility for leadership.
- Provide concise and structured updates to senior stakeholders and SteerCo.
- Ensure delivery aligns to program goals and evolving priorities.
- Improvements in project pricing, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Enhancing project finance practices and streamlining administrative workflows.
- Expanding reporting capabilities and improving financial and operational analyses.
- Increasing adoption and effective use of SuiteProjects Pro by project managers.
- Improving project closeout processes and reconciliation between NetSuite and SPP.
- Lead delivery across transformation workstreams, including:
- Facilitate cross‑BU working sessions to define a unified way of working.
- Lead User Change Management: communications, training, rollout planning, adoption support.
- Navigate competing priorities and guide business leaders toward clear decisions.
- Support discovery, requirements clarification, and process documentation.
- Translate business needs into actionable work items for delivery teams.
- Oversee workstreams directly related to finance and PSA functionality in SuiteProjects Pro.
- Ensure accurate requirements, alignment with business needs, and high‑quality delivery outcomes.
- 5–7+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong experience delivering programs using Agile methods and incremental release cycles.
- Hands‑on experience with SuiteProjects Pro (OpenAir) or similar PSA platforms.
- Solid understanding of finance and PSA processes (timekeeping, budgeting, forecasting, billing, reporting).
- Proven experience in User Change Management (communications, training, adoption).
- Ability to provide BA support when needed (process mapping, documentation, requirements).
- Excellent communication skills, including collaboration with senior leadership and cross‑BU stakeholders.
- Consistent overlap with US time zones.
- Experience harmonizing processes across multiple business units.
- Background in financial or professional services operations.
- Understanding of reporting enhancements or PSA analytics.
- Relevant certifications (PMI‑ACP, PSM, SAFe, PMP).
- Confident, structured, and assertive communicator.
- Strong facilitator able to build consensus across competing priorities.
- Analytical and detail‑oriented, comfortable navigating complex financial environments.
- Highly organized, proactive, and outcome‑driven.
