How will you make an impact?
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable AI engineering solutions that solve client business problems
- Develop and maintain AI-powered features and components for client-facing applications
- Write clean, well-tested code following AI engineering best practices and team standards
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team code quality
- Work collaboratively with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities
- Document technical solutions and contribute to client deliverables
- Learn and apply new AI technologies and frameworks to enhance solution delivery
- Support client engagements through technical implementation and troubleshooting
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI engineering processes and practices
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1-3 years of software development experience
- Experience or strong interest in AI technologies, particularly large language models
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and best practices
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing new technical skills
- Experience with Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Exposure to LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) is desirable
- Understanding of API design and integration is beneficial
- Interest in responsible AI principles and ethical technology development
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
