You will help facilitate and drive business transformation across our organisation and play a key role in implementing strategic initiatives to improve processes, increasing effectiveness with innovative solutions to support future growth and move with technology advancements.
- Meticulously document and evaluate the best ways to support the successful delivery of business objectives and goals and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Offer guidance on what solutions will best fit current and future business needs and wants, whilst identifying issues and risks of existing and proposed solutions, along with business impacts.
- Identify and justify business benefits and cost savings to carry out the proposed initiatives.
- Produce test plans and develop test cases for the proposed solutions for 100% coverage and ensure new changes do not impact existing systems and functions.
- Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing to confirm changes have met all requirements and identify and log defects for resolution.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes, in a project management or a business analyst role.
- Strong computer software skills, MS Products including Excel, Project Visio as well as team collaboration tools such as Jira, SharePoint and Confluence
- Proficient technical and non-technical requirement writing capabilities.
- Prior industry experience and proven capabilities with user testing, which includes strong business understanding and commercial acumen.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Technology related disciplines
