Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Iteration Manager / Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across a major Guidewire transformation program. This role will be responsible for driving sprint execution, enabling high-performing delivery teams, and ensuring Agile practices are effectively embedded throughout the Guidewire implementation lifecycle.
The successful candidate will bring strong Agile delivery experience within large-scale Guidewire programs, with the ability to work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and program leadership to ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
Contract Summary
- Rate: Based on experience
- Contract Length: Initial 6-month contract (potential long-term extension)
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Location: Sydney or Melbourne
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery as Iteration Manager / Scrum Master across Guidewire delivery teams.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the team in delivering sprint commitments and removing delivery impediments.
- Drive Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery consistency across the program.
- Partner with Product Owners, delivery leads, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and outcomes.
- Track sprint metrics, delivery progress, risks, and dependencies across the transformation.
- Enable collaboration across business and technical teams in a complex enterprise environment.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master on large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong Agile delivery expertise across enterprise technology implementations.
- Demonstrated experience working on Guidewire transformations (essential).
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced delivery environments with multiple workstreams.
- Experience supporting cross-functional technical delivery teams.
- Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, or similar) highly regarded.
