At Trio, we’re building the future of unified device management and enterprise-grade security for modern businesses and schools. We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our performance-driven growth efforts and contribute directly to revenue outcomes.


This is an execution-focused role with clear ownership of: SQL volume, SQL quality, CAC/CPL efficiency, and pipeline contribution — not vanity metrics.

You will own the execution layer: Acquire → Activate → Convert → Retarget → Optimize


Key Responsibilities


1) Performance & Paid Growth (Primary Focus)


  • Own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns focused on SQL volume, SQL quality, and pipeline impact
  • Continuously optimize CAC, CPL, ROAS, and payback period
  • Rapidly test new channels, formats, and bidding strategies


2) Funnel, Landing Pages & CRO


  • Own and optimize high-converting landing pages (Strapi, Webflow, or similar)
  • Run continuous CRO experiments (headlines, CTAs, forms, layouts, offers)
  • Use Hotjar, session recordings, and A/B testing to identify friction and improve conversion
  • Improve Visitor → Lead → SQL → Opportunity conversion rates


3) HubSpot Ownership (Marketing + CRM)


  • Manage workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and routing
  • Maintain attribution accuracy and CRM hygiene
  • Build dashboards for SQL volume/quality, pipeline influence, and conversion rates


4) Retargeting, Nurture & Revenue Acceleration


  • Build segment-based retargeting and high-intent nurture journeys
  • Own demo no-show recovery and stalled-lead reactivation programs
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Content, and Product Marketing on messaging, positioning, and offers
  • Support lead management across multiple time zones and reduce lead-to-meeting time


5) Organic + Inorganic Growth


  • Strong understanding of both paid performance and organic growth levers (SEO/content/community) that compound over time


Requirements


  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance/growth marketing
  • Proven track record driving SQL and pipeline growth through paid channels
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, tracking & attribution
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing + CRM
  • Experience working on international products/markets (enterprise SaaS preferred)
  • Professional English
  • Comfortable working onsite in Riga
