Embedded Software Engineer – Quantum Computing – Delft / Hybrid – up to 100K

My client is a start-up that is pioneering full-stack quantum networking. The co-founders are responsible for demonstrating multiple world first demonstrations. In the years to come they will built the next generation of deployment ready quantum networks. This should leverage breakthroughs in manufacturable photonically integrated qubits and in quantum network software and applications. The end goal is to bring this exciting emerging technology into the real world.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will get the chance to design and implement software stack components for quantum networks. Next to this, you will collaborate with experimentalists to validate software functionality in integrated setups.

You bring:

• An enthusiastic personality, you are good with people and like to help! And you thrive well in a transparent and honest company culture;
• An above-average interest in everything related to quantum computing, exposure to quantum computing is not a must;
• Demonstrable experience with C/C++ for embedded system ;
• A master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
