An innovation-driven medical technology growth company dedicated to developing clinically differentiated solutions, powered by a culture of continuous improvement, global talent and innovation, is looking for an HR Generalist (m/f/d) to support its HR operations team in Lisbon.
Your new role
You will support employees and managers with HR administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. Your main responsibilities include preparing HR documents, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll inputs, answering HR queries, ensuring compliance, and contributing to process improvements within HR Shared Services.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in HR, Management, or similar.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and service oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
