Program Manager

Job Description

The Program Manager will own and manage assigned set of strategic accounts; deliver highest levels of customer satisfaction, facilitate and monitor existing studies, and build opportunities for new business.

• Manage complex account matters and serve as a point of escalation to resolve issues
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer to deliver an exceptional customer experience ensuring proactive communication, providing the right internal resources, and effectively engaging the customer to meet goals
• Liase with client and partner with the assigned delivery teams to understand project requirements, potential barriers, and desired features for successful, on-time project delivery
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with assigned delivery teams to ensure that any study, staff or communication issues are accurately and promptly escalated and resolved
• Identify at-risk customers and areas for service improvements; propose solutions
• Identify and manage ongoing initiatives to continuously improve our approach to retain and grow our strategic client base
• Liaise with Services Delivery, Services Support and Services Solutions to identify key issues and barriers to client satisfaction, delivery quality, and customer experience.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field
• Experience in eClinical or a related professional services field preferred
• Experience managing clients and teams to strategic solutions with the ability to diplomatically deescalate when needed
• Professional demeanor; models Suvoda's values and diplomatic behavior
• Oral and written communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills
