About the job
- Leading the hiring processes such as drafting job posting, CV scanning, conducting interviews and improving recruitment process
- Leading the on boarding processes such as collecting the personal documents, completing the necessary personality and language tests, reference checks and others
- Welcoming new employees at the office, preparing their onboarding schedule collaborating hiring managers, team members and other related departments to make sure everything is ready
- Keeping employee's data up-to-date in safe place both online & offline places
- Following up the data management of all HR related processes including personal information; job history; retirement and insurance documentation; leave accrual records; and details of illness, absences, transfers etc.
- Preparing periodical HR department reports, developing and keeping them up-to-date
- Following up GDPR regulations and taking necessary precautions
- Following up occupational health and safety regulations up to date with the cooperation of consultant
- Providing support and solutions to ensure 100% compliance with various legal and statutory requirements in time
- Handling the communications with the Head Quarters and implementing their demands to ensure adherence and compliance with all HR policies
- Prepare and share with the employees the letters that need to be prepared when necessary, such as salary changes, additional payments, promotion letters
- Facilitate open communication and contribute to the development of an engaging work environment
- Researching, benchmarking for every new project and HR practices to find the best solution for our company
- Follow-up of consultants' contract renewals and termination when necessary

- Capable of developing the department by working on new projects and implementing them independently within the limited budget
- Planning and organising annual team building activities
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager
- A strong team player who can work in harmony with different teams and stakeholders
- Highly disciplined, with a strong sense of punctuality and respect for working hours
- Strong organizational and coordination skills; able to support the planning and execution of internal events and employee engagement activities
This Role will be responsible for different HR duties and requires:

About the team
ASUS HR team reports to the local Administration Group Manager who is also responsible for Administration and Accounting beside HR.
Required Qualifications
• University degree in relevant field (labor economics, business administration..etc)
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Preferably SAP experience at HR functions
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure within the limited time
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical skills
• Proactive, good team-player, punctual
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Preferably having similar experience at least for 3 years
• Preferably residing in Asia side
