What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Assistant Specialist will play a key role in supporting HR processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role will be responsible for administrative and operational HR tasks, systems and data management, and providing support in recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and compensation & benefits processes. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both local and global HR practices while working closely with different HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee personnel files in global HR standards
  • Ensure accurate and timely data management within SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems
  • Monitor and report on headcount, leave, absenteeism, overtime, and related workforce data
  • Support payroll processes by ensuring complete and accurate documentation flow
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics including candidate communication, interview scheduling, system updates and reporting
  • Manage onboarding documentation and provide structured support throughout the onboarding process
  • Respond to employee queries with a service-oriented and solution-focused approach
  • Support HR reporting requirements by providing accurate and timely data to HQ and regional HR teams and CoreX Holding HR
  • Ensure strong documentation discipline and a well-structured HR archiving system

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of HR experience (internships and project-based roles included), preferably in recruitment, onboarding, or HR operations
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required (active use in a global environment)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel); experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-country organization
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different cultures and organizational levels
  • Structured working style, self-motivated
