Objective: Support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs by ensuring fairness, compliance, and market competitiveness, while providing data-driven insights and operational support to enhance employee experience and align reward practices with organizational goals.
Essential Duties:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits policies, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation data and benchmarking studies to support evidence-based recommendations on salary structures, allowances, and benefits.
- Administer the promotions and bonus calculation process by consolidating data, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with policies and approved budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of compensation data, employee job structures, and reward-related decisions. Prepare periodic reports and analytics to support senior management decision-making.
- Ensure reward practices adhere to established policies, audit standards, and government regulations, escalating any risks or inconsistencies as required.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on reward-related inquiries, policies, and processes, ensuring clarity and fairness in communication.
- Work closely with Organizational Development and People Development teams to integrate reward strategies with broader talent management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reward processes, leverage technology, and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Provide the necessary support to the line manager and perform any other related tasks assigned.
Qualification and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration or its equivalent in a similar specialty appropriate to the job duties.
- Preferable to have 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar field/position.
