Role Responsibilities
- Design and oversee evaluations for coding tasks across multiple programming languages
- Develop robust test cases to assess system performance in diverse engineering scenarios
- Analyze system behavior on real-world use cases to identify strengths and improvement areas
- Communicate evaluation findings clearly to research teams to support optimization
- Contribute expertise to improve scalability, performance, and code quality
- Strong experience contributing to open-source projects with a consistent, high-quality contribution record
- Strong experience with one or more programming languages including Python, Java, C, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Strong familiarity with widely used libraries, frameworks, and development tools
- Strong understanding of software architecture, performance tuning, and scalable design patterns
- Strong experience using Git, CI/CD systems, and open-source collaboration workflows
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in distributed, asynchronous teams
