About The Role
We are seeking a talented and proactive UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing user experiences that meet the high standards of our brand and technical specifications. Your work will involve researching industry trends, creating detailed UX specifications, and designing intuitive customer journeys. You will collaborate closely with engineers and other stakeholders to develop prototypes, wireframes, and animations that bring innovative ideas to life. Qualifications
- Self-organizing and proactive mindset
- Strong design thinking and conceptual innovation skills
- Ability to create intuitive, user-oriented designs
- High level of creativity and scenario imagination
- Excellent attention to detail and adaptability to learn quickly
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience interacting with engineers for presentations and project management
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, and Jamma
- Experience in sketching and drawing techniques (advantageous)
- Automotive industry experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Modo, 3DS Max, Maya, or Alias (advantageous)
- Research industry-relevant markets, scenarios, and technologies to create benchmarks
- Develop detailed UX specifications aligning with business, brand, and user requirements
- Design customer journeys, flow diagrams, high-level wireframes, and prototypes to communicate ideas effectively
- Set up prototypes in Proto Pie based on design specifications
- Create detailed UI designs and animations from wireframes and prototypes
- Prepare project presentations and document the design process comprehensively
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless design hand-offs and implementation
- Maintain consistency and quality across all design deliverables
- Engaging projects utilizing cutting-edge technology and innovation
