As Senior Product Manager - Platform Experience & Supplier Connect, you'll own the strategy and user experience for Quantium's core platform ecosystem - the gateway through which 7,000+ users across all markets interact with our products every day. Within our Consumer and Retail Product team, you'll be at the centre of critical platform decisions that shape how customers experience Quantium. We're "ALL IN on AI" and you'll explore how AI-native capabilities can transform platform experiences and unlock new value for users.

How will you make an impact?

  • Own strategic platform decisions - Lead evaluation and optimisation of Q Portal (serving 7,000+ users globally) and our commercial platforms (supporting $100M+ product revenue), ensuring our technology stack continues to deliver optimal experiences and value
  • Drive AI-first innovation - Champion the integration of AI capabilities across our platform ecosystem, identifying opportunities to enhance user workflows, automate processes, and deliver intelligent experiences
  • Lead Supplier Connect evolution - Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Supplier Connect, determining the optimal path forward for this product line
  • Deliver direct customer impact - Transform platform experiences through user research-backed modernisation, subscription management optimisation, and customer support operations enhancement
  • Build cross-functional alignment - Navigate complex stakeholder relationships across engineering, commercial, and leadership teams to drive consensus around platform strategy
  • Champion user-centric development - Continuously engage with users and stakeholders to ensure platform decisions balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility

  • Platform product expertise: You have experience managing platform or B2B products that serve diverse user bases at scale. You understand how strategic platform decisions ripple across organisations and can balance competing needs across engineering, commercial, and user stakeholders.

  • Commercial acumen: Your understanding of B2B SaaS platforms, subscription models, and customer support operations enables you to connect platform strategy to business outcomes and revenue impact.
  • User research capabilities: You lead with curiosity about user needs, conducting research that uncovers insights and validates platform decisions. You translate user feedback into actionable product strategy.
  • Stakeholder influence: Your ability to communicate effectively across organisational levels - from engineering teams to executive leadership - enables you to build consensus around complex platform decisions and drive alignment on contentious topics.
  • Ownership mindset: You thrive when given strategic autonomy, taking initiatives from discovery through implementation. You're comfortable making recommendations that challenge the status quo when data supports it.
