In the role of Senior Agile Delivery Coach, you will report to the Head of Delivery Transformation and play a key role in lifting delivery performance across Personal Everyday Banking.
The Senior Agile Delivery Coach is instrumental in shaping modern delivery practices, uplifting capability, and embedding continuous improvement across teams to ensure we deliver with clarity, confidence and impact.
You’ll join a team focused on transforming how we deliver value - improving speed, predictability, efficiency and customer outcomes across the Domain.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Partner with delivery teams to embed modern ways of working, strengthen prioritisation, improve resource allocation and build a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Lead the agile coaching practice, developing capability, maturing delivery disciplines and coaching teams to enhance value realisation and delivery performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through simplification, standardisation, automation and improved delivery cadence across the Domain.
- Influence and challenge stakeholders to optimise sequencing, uplift planning and strengthen alignment to enterprise priorities.
- Ensure delivery practices align with governance, risk and compliance expectations while enabling teams to operate with speed and confidence.
- Deep expertise in agile delivery across programs, projects, change and transformation, with strong understanding of contemporary methodologies and best practice.
- Proven experience coaching delivery teams and improving performance, value realisation and operating maturity.
- Strong stakeholder management capability, with the ability to translate enterprise strategy into practical delivery models and executable plans.
- Commercial acumen, customer focus and a strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and drive meaningful outcomes.
- Highly developed communication and influencing skills, confident in facilitating discussions and guiding senior stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry experience; Agile delivery certifications preferred.
