As our Senior Project Manager – Data Center Development, you will take full ownership of delivering high-value infrastructure project across Belgium.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Data Centre project development (design, permitting, construction, commissioning)
• Manage budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, contractors, consultants, authorities)
• Oversee procurement and contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with Belgian regulations and industry standards
• Drive stakeholder communication at executive level
• Implement best practices in health & safety, sustainability, and quality assurance

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in construction or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in Data Centres, mission-critical facilities, or complex technical builds
• Experience managing €100M+ projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a strong asset)
