  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria that guide development teams
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and processes: sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams including AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and analysts - set priorities, align on goals, and ensure delivery momentum
  • Make trade-off decisions on scope, timeline, and quality to maximize product value
  • Use data, metrics, and user feedback to validate assumptions and guide product iterations
  • Track delivery progress against milestones and proactively address blockers
  • Present product roadmaps, progress updates, and business outcomes to internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and business thinking - comfortable with data, metrics, and ROI analysis
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
  • Deep understanding of Agile product development (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management
  • Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technical teams
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar
  • Strong facilitation and workshop skills
  • Ability to communicate product vision and technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with strong sense of ownership

  • Experience with product analytics tools and frameworks
  • Background working in high-growth or startup environments
