Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new intermediated lending products into the Intermediated Lending Structures Management application.
• Assist in migrating existing products and data from legacy systems and EUC tools to the target application.
• Identify and address gaps between contractual agreements and system implementation.
• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
• Draft IT specifications for new application features and enhancements.
• Coordinate and execute system testing, including test case preparation, execution, and reporting.
• Manage communication and release activities throughout project phases.
• Provide ongoing operational support for intermediated lending products.
• Contribute to user procedures, process documentation, and final assignment reporting.
• Maintain and provide limited support for legacy EUC tools (e.g., MOTOOL, spot-check tools).

Profile

• Strong knowledge of banking financial instruments, particularly guarantees, loans, multi-beneficiary intermediated loans (MBILs), and risk-sharing mechanisms.
• Experience in back-office servicing of financial products and banking operations.
• Solid business analysis and project management skills (Agile and Waterfall).
• Experience in requirements gathering, user stories, prioritization, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Experience in system testing, UAT, and defect tracking.
• Advanced Excel (VBA is a plus) and experience with data migration and data quality control.
• Ability to translate technical specifications into business-friendly language.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a banking or financial institution.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
