Our client in Luxembourg is searching for a business analyst to support their internal team on IT projects related to regulatory and financial reporting in the investment fund sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in reporting requirements and a solid understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks.

The assignment includes the following responsibilities:

• Contribute to the preparation, review, and delivery of periodic fund reporting (regulatory, financial, and investor reporting)
• Gather and document business requirements related to reporting processes and data flows
• Perform gap analyses and support enhancements driven by regulatory or business changes
• Participate in system testing and validation of reporting outputs
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to improve data quality, controls, and process efficiency
• Support automation and optimization initiatives

The role requires:

• Strong understanding of fund structures and reporting requirements
• Knowledge of financial instruments commonly held within investment funds
• Experience with reporting systems and data analysis tools
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
• Experience in testing and data validation
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and autonomy
• Professional proficiency in English
• Several years of experience in asset management, fund administration, or financial services
