Project Manager – Fund Administration (FA / TA / Custody)

We are a consulting firm specialized in the Luxembourg investment funds industry is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Fund Administration to support key clients on strategic transformation and migration projects.
The role focuses on large-scale operational and platform migrations within Fund Administration, covering Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Custody environments.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact transformation programs within leading asset managers and fund service providers in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead fund administration transformation and migration projects
• Manage platform migrations, fund transitions, and operational model changes
• Coordinate stakeholders across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Custody teams
• Drive project governance, timelines, and risk management
• Lead workshops, steering committees, and project reporting
• Ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and regulatory requirements
Required Experience
• 5+ years experience in the investment funds industry
• Proven Project Management experience within Fund Administration
• Strong expertise in at least two of the following:
o Fund Accounting
o Transfer Agency
o Custody / Depositary
• Hands-on experience with fund or platform migration projects
• Solid understanding of UCITS / AIF structures and Luxembourg regulatory environment
