About the role
As a Scrum Master, you’ll focus on elevating team performance. You’ll help teams grow into accountable, self-managing units by addressing what’s really happening beneath the surface. Your profile
- 5+ years of experience, including leadership or coaching roles.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and delivery mindset, ideally in engineering or product environments.
- Emotionally intelligent, grounded, and able to challenge respectfully.
- Skilled in improving team dynamics and delivery systems.
- Comfortable working beyond frameworks, focusing on outcomes that matter.
