Scrum Master

About the role

As a Scrum Master, you’ll focus on elevating team performance. You’ll help teams grow into accountable, self-managing units by addressing what’s really happening beneath the surface. You challenge constructively, coach with empathy, and create an environment where trust and continuous improvement thrive. Working closely with Product Owners, RTEs, and leaders, you’ll strengthen collaboration and delivery flow across teams. Your impact will shape both team culture and the technology platforms powering the future.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience, including leadership or coaching roles.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and delivery mindset, ideally in engineering or product environments.
• Emotionally intelligent, grounded, and able to challenge respectfully.
• Skilled in improving team dynamics and delivery systems.
• Comfortable working beyond frameworks, focusing on outcomes that matter.
