Users upload meeting transcripts or message threads, and Attune identifies patterns and early signals in communication and collaboration, turning them into practical, context-aware coaching insights. The product is being built by a small, focused team and is currently in an early stage of development.

The Role — Software Engineer (AI-First)
Were looking for a hands-on software engineer who enjoys building real products and taking ownership of complex systems. In this role, youll work closely with product and AI leads to shape and build Attunes core capabilities, contributing directly to AI-powered features, system behavior, and product evolution.
Youll operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI — not as a task executor, but as someone who helps define how things should work and why. This is a role for someone who is comfortable making decisions, navigating ambiguity, and turning incomplete ideas into robust, working systems.

- Design and build AI-powered product features grounded in real user data
- Contribute to conversation ingestion, analysis, and long-term memory systems
- Implement product and UX logic that adapts based on evidence strength and uncertainty
- Improve the reliability, traceability, and clarity of AI outputs
- Collaborate on system-level decisions affecting product behavior and trust
- Iterate quickly by building, testing, refining, and shipping
- Use AI tools extensively to accelerate development, reasoning, and experimentation
- Work closely with product and AI stakeholders to turn concepts into production-ready features

- Youve built and shipped real products or substantial systems before
- Youre comfortable working with incomplete requirements and evolving ideas
- You enjoy thinking about product behavior, edge cases, and long-term system coherence
- You use AI tools naturally as part of your development workflow
- You care about code quality, but also about speed, pragmatism, and outcomes
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical collaborators
- You take ownership and responsibility for what you build
- Build a principled AI product from an early stage, with real impact
- Influence core system and product decisions
- Work closely with experienced builders across AI and product
- High autonomy and ownership in a small, focused team
- Exposure to product thinking, system design, and applied AI
