Tasks and responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Pricing related workstreams in close alignment with the Pricing Programme, encompassing scope, timeline, budget, and quality management
- Define and maintain integrated project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and coordinate activities across distributed development and support teams
- Organise and chair regular delivery meetings, status reviews, and steering committee sessions to ensure alignment and transparency
- Implement risk and issue management processes to proactively identify, escalate, and resolve blockers impacting delivery timelines or quality
- Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports, dashboards, and financial overviews for governance forums and senior leadership
- Coordinate integration efforts across domains, particularly regarding data flows, API contracts, and shared components impacting pricing calculations and simulations in close collaboration with the agile Pricing ART and application owners
- Facilitate change control processes and ensure proper impact assessment for scope adjustments or technical deviations
- Support business acceptance testing and transition-to-operations activities, ensuring readiness and sustainability
- Supervise iterative development cycles executed by agile teams, ensuring consistency with release goals, compliance standards, and architectural guidelines
- Ensure traceability from business requirements through to delivered features, especially for components tied to cost modelling and simulation logic
Must-have criteria
- 3+ years experience as Senior IT Project Manager with proven experience within IT/software development environments
- Classic project and program lead experience mandatory with good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
- Ability to operate effectively at both tactical (team-level) and strategic (programme-level) layers
- Proficiency with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- A self-motivated, communicative personality with great interest in new challenges with independent and responsible working attitude
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority
- Good communicator in English
- Candidates must be able to start immediately
Nice-to-have criteria
- Banking, in particular Pricing & Revenue experience would be an advantage
- Readiness and motivation to learn about the Pricing solution
Language requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of German is considered an advantage
